We haven’t been visited by Hawk in a while. I last posted about Hawk back in November of 2024, and that video was probably from years earlier.
Hence it was a joyous occasion when Hawk visited us earlier this year.
Earlier in the frigid, freaking cold of this year.
You’ll notice this lad’s feathers are quite fluffed.
An avian technique, that, to preserve body heat.
More to insulate against cold, really.
They are wiser than us in such ways.
