I have Joe Jackson on my mind.
Anybody familiar with him or his music?
Fascinating fellow. I discovered him when a then-girlfriend came home with his Night and Day album.
I believe she got the album (yes, long ago) because it was rumored he was gay, this album contained some tracks of strong suggestion, she wanted to be “in” and “cool,” so got the album to have so friends could notice it when they came over.
I fell in love listening to the first track.
She didn’t last a year. More like half a year, I think, and was gone.
